work week

80 hours of work the next 10 days… Plus training, and completing Highschool.

Adding another hurdle to my fitness plan!

Im not only, GFD and high intensity training with weights….. I need another fuse to blow up and get through my plateau.

I begin ripped freak tomorrow.

I have tried the ECA stack (ephedrine,caffeine and aspirin. - the aspirin), and I did not prevail. Only cycling 1 week as I am horrible with pills.

I will do a 30 day cycle, and mark my progress every day here. Spam time!  

Highschool graduation

My graduation banquet (where I wear a huge poofy dress and dance with my father and eat food) is tomorrow! It came way too fast, and I was super excited. My prom (we have 2… long dress *tomorrow* and short dress *prom*) was bad, and I had barely any pictures. This only happens once in a lifetime so I want it to be great. 

  • Got a hair appointment
  • Got a makeup appointment
  • Boyfriend took day off work
  • With all my friends and family
  • Father/daughter dance, my sister with father - me with older brother.

The only thing that could possibly ever go wrong with grad , that cannot be fixed? 

My brother works the entire day, and isn’t coming.

Survived

I survived camping , but i’ve been completely thrown off track. All I have consumed the past 3 days is as followed : 

  •  Doritos (handful)
  •  Gluten free corn pops & 1cup unsweetened almond milk
  •  Chocolate covered almonds (handful)
  •  3 Mikes hard cranberry coolers, 2 rockstar vodkas (burner & lite)
  •  Whitespot legendary (wrapped in lettuce), cup of poutine
  •  Dennys hashbrowns , 2 pieces bacon, 1/4 eggs
  •  2 cups coffee (both with 2 cream, 1 sugar)
  •  1/4 small george mud fudge blizzard

I also have not had much sleep, and too much walking around, dance, and frolic (ok…just excessive)

I love these times, where I can fully enjoy my life, and continue on back to my regular routine and diet… Albeit progress hindering, I need the mental break. I need my motivation recharged. I need my cheats.

I’m going camping! One night , one aspen (no tent), and way too many young adults.

Its up in the bush, no bathrooms.  I hate camping .

Stomach is a little upset today too. Probably nerves! I’m going to be meeting all my boyfriends friends that I haven’t met yet, ( whole group of them ) and it will be in an unfamiliar , strange setting. Not my kind of fun. 

However, I feel more confident this morning. My stomach looks more flat, AND it’s my rest day !!! 

I am going to wash my hair, pack my bag, go tanning, quick yoga session , shower, and off I go !!!!
